one of our bags had the clear plastic sliced open May 31, 2024 Reviewer: Kelli Nava from Canton, GA United States   Love the chocolates, but one bag was open to the air and styrofoam and ice packs...we had to remove the chocolates and put them in another container.  You might consider using a thicker plastic on the bags.  Not sure how it would have been ripped...nothing in the bag was sharp.
