A recent study headed by “Oscar Franco and fellow colleagues from the Univercity of Cambridge sought to put studies linking chocolate and heart healt to the test, reviewing existing date to establish whether such a link could reliably be claimed. turns out it can”! Through studies envolving 114,000 participants Franco found that “people whom the most chocolate carried a 37 percent lower risk of devoloping heart disease and were 29 percent less likely to suffer a stroke than those that ate the least”

White chocolate does not cocoa powder. Real white chocolate does contain cocoa butter which contributes to it having a chocolate flavor. Don’t be fooled by something called white chocolate flavored. This is not real white chocolate. As the name states it is chocolate flavored and does not contain cocoa butter.
Milk chocolate contains milk products and dark chocolate does not. Dark chocolate has a higher cocoa content which produces a stronger chocolate flavor. Milk chocolate contains milk products which softens the chocolate flavor.
